Porto Marie is one of the most beautiful beaches in Curaçao. This is no surprise as Porto Marie Beach is breathtakingly beautiful and has many facilities. It is the ideal place to spend a day relaxing, sunbathing and snorkeling. And to the surprise of many, Porto Marie even has pigs!

Porto Marie is also an ideal place for snorkeling and scuba diving. The sea is calm and there is a double reef. Porto Marie is a paradise for water sports. The beach is home to a diving and water sports school called Porto Marie Sports where you can book various excursions, such as an introductory dive or get a divemaster qualification, or simply rent kayaks. Don't let anyone tell you about it!

What to bring on the tour?

Our sister island, Bonaire, is known to be a paradise for diving enthusiasts. But even if you don't, it's worth exploring the island for a few days. You can snorkel the stunning coral reefs, hop on a water cab that will take you to Klein Bonaire, an uninhabited island, or go kitesurfing or windsurfing, plus eat at the many excellent restaurants and explore the island on a jet ski.

Where to stay?

Although the flight only takes half an hour, it is advisable to spend at least one night in a hotel on Bonaire.

What to do in Bonaire?

Considering the check-in times at the airport, it would be a rushed trip if you want to explore the island. Once in Bonaire, the easiest way to get around is by rental car or motorcycle. You can also take a excursion around the island to make the most of your stay.

The Hato Caves, known in Dutch as "Hato Grotten," are a natural cave system that formed millions of years ago due to geological processes. It is believed that these caves were created when seawater eroded the limestone rocks of the island, forming subway passages and caverns.
