Otrobanda
We start in the Otrobanda district, where your IRIE Tours guide will show and explain the highlights of this part of the city. You will have the opportunity to photograph the floating bridge, the colorful facades of the Handelskade and walk along the revitalized Frederikstraat, full of murals and street art. -
Fort Waakzaamheid
Built in 1803, this fort offers one of the best views of the harbor entrance and the coast of Curaçao. The perfect place for your panoramic photos with Willemstad in the background! -
Landhuis Chobolobo
We continue to the distillery of the authentic Curaçao liquor. On the way, we will pass through the historic Scharloo district, a former Jewish neighborhood with monumental buildings, one of the reasons why Willemstad is on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
In Chobolobo you will enjoy a self-guided tour, taste the famous liqueurs and buy souvenirs. -
Plasa Bieu
Lunch time! Enjoy a typical local dish in this emblematic gastronomic market. -
Shopping in Punda
After lunch, you will have free time to browse and shop at the Punda Round Market. -
Parque Lucha di Libertad
Our last destination will be this park dedicated to the struggle for freedom against slavery, before taking you back to your hotel for a well-deserved rest or an afternoon at the beach.
