Discover some of the island’s most stunning landscapes with this full-day tour of Curaçao’s west coast. The experience combines a catamaran trip, several opportunities for swimming and snorkeling, a BBQ lunch on board, and a fun return trip by tropical bus.
Your adventure begins at Village Marina in Caracasbaai. After boarding the catamaran, you’ll sail along Curaçao’s southern coast while enjoying beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, its beaches, and waterfront residences.
Breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and tea are served during the morning so you can start your day with plenty of energy.
First stop: Kokomo Beach
The first stop is Kokomo Beach, a well-known Curaçao beach surrounded by crystal-clear waters and marine life. Here, you’ll have time to swim and discover the underwater world using the included snorkeling gear.
Relax in the water, spot tropical fish, or simply enjoy the scenery from the catamaran with a drink in hand.
Cas Abao and BBQ lunch on board
The next stop is Cas Abao Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Curaçao. Its crystal-clear waters and seabed make it an ideal spot for swimming, snorkeling, and enjoying the natural surroundings of the west coast.
While you explore the area, the crew will prepare a delicious BBQ lunch on board. The buffet includes meat and chicken skewers, chorizo, various salads, and garlic bread.
Vegetarian, vegan, or fish options are also available upon request. These dietary requirements must be communicated in advance when booking.
From 11:30 AM, you can enjoy the open bar with rum, vodka, Blue Curaçao, white wine, rosé, and beer. Water, soft drinks, and juices are also served throughout the tour.
Discover the magical Blue Room
After lunch, the catamaran continues to one of the most special spots on the west coast: the famous Blue Room.
This sea cave, accessible only by water, gets its name from the extraordinary blue color created when sunlight passes through the water and illuminates the interior. With guidance from the crew, you can swim inside and witness this natural phenomenon.
Access to the cave depends on sea and weather conditions. If it isn’t safe to enter, the crew will offer an alternative stop.
Return by tropical bus
While sailing toward Playa Kalki, you can admire several west coast beaches and bays from the sea, such as Playa Lagun, Playa Jeremi, Grote Knip, and Playa Forti.
Upon arrival at Playa Kalki, a colorful tropical bus will be waiting for the group for the return trip to the city. This combination of catamaran and bus allows you to experience the west coast from two different perspectives in a single day.
