Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BiniBini Digital Services (KVK 171490) we strive to provide high quality experiences and services for both travelers and businesses. Because we offer different types of services – including tours, dining experiences, digital marketing, web development, automations and consulting – cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the service contracted.
By booking or contracting any of our services, the client accepts the following terms and conditions.
1. Tours and Tourist Activities
This section applies to:
- Boat trips
- Island Tours
- Aquatic activities
- Cultural experiences
- Excursions
- Adventure activities
- Services offered by partner tour operators
Cancellations by the Customer
More than 24 hours before the activity
The customer may request:
- Full refund of deposit or payment made, OR
- Rescheduling at no additional cost (subject to availability)
Less than 24 hours before the activity
- No refunds will be made
- Cancellations with refund will not be accepted
- No show” reservations will be considered as used and will not be refundable.
Cancellations due to weather or operational problems
If the activity is cancelled due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Technical or mechanical problems
- Government restrictions
- Operational decisions of the supplier
The customer will be able to choose between:
- Reschedule the activity, OR
- Receive a full refund
Customer Delays
It is the client’s responsibility to arrive punctually at the meeting point indicated. No refunds will be given for activities missed due to delays or absence of the client.
2. Gastronomic Tours and Walking Tours Operated by Us
This section applies to experiences organized directly by BiniBini Digital Services.
Cancellations
More than 24 hours before the tour
- Full refund, OR
- Date change subject to availability
Less than 24 hours before the tour
- Non refundable
Because food, reservations and logistics are prepared in advance, last minute cancellations cannot be refunded.
Weather or Exceptional Circumstances
In case of extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control:
- The activity may be rescheduled, OR
- A full refund will be offered
3. Car Rental and Third Party Services
Services offered by third parties, including car rental, private transportation or other external activities, are subject to the policies of the corresponding supplier.
BiniBini Digital Services acts as:
- Promotion platform
- Reservation intermediary
- Business Partner
Therefore:
- Approval of refunds will depend on the supplier’s policies.
- We will do our best to assist the customer during the process.
4. Web Design and Development
This section applies to:
- Web development
- Online stores
- Reservation systems
- Landing pages
- Customized digital tools
Deposits and Initial Payments
All deposits or down payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
This includes:
- Research
- Design
- Planning
- Technical configuration
- Hours of work and consulting
Project Cancellation
If the customer decides to cancel a project:
- Partial reimbursement may be assessed depending on the progress made.
- Completed milestones will continue to be charged
Final Delivery
Once the accesses, files or final products have been delivered and approved:
- No refunds will be made
5. Automation, AI and Digital Solutions
This section applies to:
- Automations
- Chatbots
- Artificial intelligence agents
- Operational tools
- Customized systems
Because these services are developed specifically for each client:
- Payments are non-refundable once development has begun.
- Technical errors related to our implementation will be corrected within a reasonable period of support.
No refunds apply for:
- Limitations of external platforms
- Changes in APIs or third party services
- Requested changes outside the initially approved scope
- Interruptions caused by third parties
6. Marketing and Consulting Services
This section applies to:
- Social media management
- Advertising campaigns
- SEO
- Business consulting
- Digital strategies
- Private counseling sessions
Monthly Services
Monthly services are billed in advance and:
- Non-refundable once the service period has started
Meetings and Consulting
- Meetings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- The customer may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
7. Payments, Disputes and Chargebacks
The customer agrees to contact us before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of future services
- Cancellation of active reservations
- Permanent restriction of use of our platforms
- Additional administrative charges when permitted by law
